7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sargal Coaching's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or website shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
